RE: Amazon Our titles, especially D&H have been selling more quickly than Amazon's inventory computer orders them and the back orders on D&H got so deep the Amazon inventory computer took it offline. Last week we were able to get in touch with a human being and he put through two much larger orders, which hopefully will get everything, including "D&H" back to an "in-stock" status in a day or three. Of course, if you'd like to write Amazon and tell them you went looking for the title, and were dissapointed not to be able to find it, that could only help!
