		<description>You are not alone. And you are not the one who is crazy. It's hard to go against the trends but it's so much more rewarding. Your are creating, not only art on film, but a way of life for you and your family. 

"I simply could have continued to make films about war and poverty and misery" and you would have been miserable inside and brought more misery to the world as opposed to now, you are bringing love and passion. I don't know you, but I'm sure that's how you live your life: with love and passion :)

&lt;em&gt;Valerie, thanks for your kind words. Mostly I'm proud of what we do and satisfied with what it's provided for us. But it does take a bit of work and a lot of emotional energy and sometimes I feel the weight is more than I want to carry. I'm sure everybody feels this way sometimes, but not everybody has a blog where they can kvetch about it and get a little cheering up from strangers.
